Schulleitung

Ursula Voswinkel bringt mehr als 20 Jahre Erfahrung im Schulwesen und in der Schulleitung mit und war zuletzt als Oberstudiendirektorin am Robert-Schuman-Berufskolleg in Essen tätig.

Im Laufe ihrer Karriere hat sie erfolgreich Initiativen zur Schulentwicklung, Lehrplaninnovationen, berufliche Fortbildungen, Qualitätssicherungsprogramme und Projekte zur digitalen Transformation geleitet. Zudem bringt sie wertvolle Berufserfahrung aus der Privatwirtschaft mit. Darüber hinaus verbindet ihr Hintergrund die GESS mit starken Unternehmensnetzwerken, wodurch die SchülerInnen direkt auf globale Karrieren vorbereitet werden.

Work experience and professional focus:

With almost twenty years of experience working as an educator in Singapore, Joram has been a member of the GESS faculty since 2009 and has held various positions before becoming the Academic Director in February 2022. He has overseen the school's successful reaccreditation with the International Baccalaureate Organisation (IB) and the Council of International Schools (CIS). Joram works closely with highly skilled colleagues to ensure effective staff recruitment, timetable, educational technology, professional development, child safeguarding, library, sports, and arts are developed across the school. His focus lies in improving teaching and learning at GESS to achieve the school’s strategic plan and become one of the leading educational institutions in Singapore.
