Self Awareness (SA): the awareness of personal characteristics (abilities, aptitudes, skills, values, and interests) and evaluation of these characteristics in terms of employability.
Opportunity Awareness (OA): the awareness of educational and career opportunities.
Decision Learning (DL): the development and application of decision-making skills to make informed decisions on education and career choices.
Transition Learning (TL): the development and application of work values and personal qualities, employability skills and knowledge, to transit successfully through the different levels of education and career.

To enable students to explore, understand and apply decision-making skills to make informed choices about their education and prospective careers, and manage their future career development.

Create opportunities for students to be aware of their personal characteristics and understand their relevance to employability. (ST2)
