Pictorial History of GESS

In commemoration of the coming 120th Anniversary of the school in 2005, GESSOSA has decided on publishing a pictorial history of the school depicting photographs from our humble beginnings right up to today.

We would be grateful if you could contribute your precious photographs (from all eras) to be included in this commemorative book.

School seeking volunteers for

Achievers' Programme

Basically a self study period for our graduating pupils (to be extended to Sec 3 pupils by term 4) on Mondays, Wednesday & Thursdays from 2 to 4 pm.

School needs volunteers to supervise the pupils in their self-study during those periods in the classrooms.

Responsible Thinking Programme

Pupils who disrupt lessons during curriculum time i.e. Mondays to Fridays from 8 am to 1.30 pm are sent to the Responsible Thinking Centre to do self-reflection.

School needs volunteers to man the Responsible Thinking Centre and to help the pupils who are sent there in the self-reflection of their inappropriate behaviour.
